Wolfgang Bläsi

Wolfgang Bläsi, managing partner of wb finance, combines years of experience and expertise in different areas in management and financing of small and medium-sized companies.

As executive board member of Ekotechnika AG and managing director of Ekosem-Agrar AG he brought two companies operating in Russia to the German capital market. He possesses practical experience in public offering of bonds as well as in the restructuring of companies. In a managing role for additional publicly listed corporations, he was, among other things, responsible for the IPO of an IT service provider on the stock market.

He was in charge for the whole spectrum of development of corporate strategy and –culture, as well as the structuring and the management of all finance relevant sectors, including group accounting, IFRS accounts, corporate law and –structure, investment management, and capital market communication.

Frank Heun

Frank Heun has more than 30 years of corporate finance experience based on numerous financial transactions he initiated and implemented successfully. During this time, he has built up a large number of long-term and reliable customer relationships with corporates and investors he advised and accompanied in various issues and transactions. Each corporate finance project requires customised and creative solutions for the strategic issues faced by the respective customer, which he implemented thanks to his broad-based experience and expertise based on various project constellations.

After completing an apprenticeship as qualified bank officer and working in the credit and securities business, he worked for Dresdner Bank / Dresdner Kleinwort Benson (Frankfurt / London) since 1986 and equinet Bank AG (Frankfurt) since 2000, in the related sectors where he advised and supported corporates and global operating entities in financing projects with equity, debt and mezzanine capital raised from banks and capital market investors. As leading project manager, he and his team managed a large number of national and international financing transactions, M&A projects and takeovers for small- and medium-sized companies, private equity investors and global operating corporates.

Since 2016, Frank Heun has been working as a corporate consultant. At wbfinance he is primarily responsible for advising customers on capital market related financing projects.
